2007 MAX Awards
The annual MAX Awards recognizes the best of the best uses of Adobe software for creating engaging experiences. Applications are now being accepted.
The top two finalists in each of seven categories will be invited to showcase their work at MAX 2007. Winners of this global awards program will be announced live at the MAX event in North America, and one finalist will be selected by attendees to receive the coveted People's Choice Award. Entrants are also eligible for Special Recognition Awards to be announced at MAX North America, MAX Japan, or MAX Europe.

Award Categories
Finalists and winners are selected in each of seven categories: Advertising and Branding, Communication and Collaboration, Enterprise, Mobility and Devices, Public Sector, Rich Internet Applications, and Video. Judging
Finalists and winners in each category are carefully selected by Adobe Judging Councils, one for each category. Each Council consists of a team of Adobe executives with comprehensive knowledge of the category. The Judging Councils are also responsible for determining recipients of additional Special Recognition Awards. The People's Choice Award will be selected from among finalists by attendees at MAX 2007 in Chicago. For additional details about judging, see Judging Process.
Deadline
The deadline for entries is August 3, 2007. All entrants must complete

Entries should include a URL to access submitted work. If
the project is not publicly accessible via URL, the project may be
submitted in one of the following digital formats:
- Web URL with special Adobe-only login (preferred)
- Adobe Acrobat Connect URL including recording of demo and overview of project
- Digital file via FTP (Contact maxaward@adobe.com for FTP details)
Client Projects
If you are an agency or vendor who would like to nominate a client's project for a MAX Award, we strongly advise that you enlist a stakeholder or manager from the organization you are nominating to participate in your submission. Alternatively, you may submit the project with the appropriate details along with your client's explicit authorization and approval.
Hints for success
Be sure to answer all questions on the application form. The greater the detail and the more thorough the response, the greater chance of being selected as a finalist. If possible, provide quantitative information, such as market share before and after the project, site traffic before and after the project, or other metrics that demonstrate the success of your project.
How submitted information is used
The information you provide in your MAX Awards application will be used internally by Adobe for purposes of judging the awards and may be used in press releases by or for Adobe for the sole purpose of promoting the MAX event.
