Adobe MAX 2007

MAX 2007 attendees qualify for special rates at three hotels near the event site. Room rates range from $235 - $249 per night plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.4%). See below for specific rates at each hotel.

In order to obtain negotiated rates, rooms must be booked during the MAX 2007 registration process. Please do not contact the hotels directly to make these reservations, as they will not be able to provide the discounted rate.

Register as early as possible to book your preferred hotel, preferably by Aug. 31, 2007. After this date, accommodations may be extremely limited. Hotel confirmations will be e-mailed to you from hotel@adobemax2007.com no later than September 18, 2007. You will not receive a direct confirmation from the hotel. Reservations will be listed under the guest's last name.

Once a hotel reservation has been made, you are responsible for making any date changes or cancellations. Please return to your MAX 2007 registration record and update it with any hotel changes. Failure to cancel an unused hotel reservation will result in all applicable penalties being billed to your credit card. Hotels assess a fee of $50 for checkouts prior to the scheduled checkout date.

Hotel Transportation

MAX 2007 will provide free shuttle service between the three hotels, Hilton Chicago, Palmer House Hilton, and Hyatt Regency Chicago, and the event at McCormick Place West. The shuttle schedule will posted here in September, after Labor Day. It will also be provided to all registered attendees in a final details email the week of September 17.
